Like all diets, a Kosher Biblical Diet must be followed daily, to be effective. Nevertheless, like all diets, and all forms of exercise, the more frequently you fail to keep your Kosher Biblical Diet, the less you will benefit from it. By the way, the word KOSHER means proper!
